Aileen Trauger, PA-C
Aileen Trauger is the co-founder of Primp Medi Spa. Aileen is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant trained in injectables and fillers as well as in office laser procedures. She has an extensive record of professional success in aesthetics, having been in practice for nearly ten years. Outside of patient care, Aileen also serves as a clinical trainer and adjunct professor for Adventist Health University and Nova Southeastern University. Aileen’s goal is to foster confidence and self-love through individually customized treatment plans that address the concerns and desires of each patient.
She grew up in Miami, Florida but has called Orlando home since attending the University of Central Florida. Aileen is a proud wife to her husband, Alex, and mom to her daughter, Alexa. Aileen is an active volunteer within the community for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and she also serves as the Lifetime Membership Adviser for the Delta Delta Delta chapter at the University of Central Florida. When she’s not helping others look and feel their best, she enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with her loved ones. Aileen obtained her Master of Medical Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors.
Gary Rubin, PA-C
Gary Rubin is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant. In 2006, he received his Physician Assistant Certification at Anne Arundel Community College in Annapolis, Maryland and his Masters Degree in Medical Sciences from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
Gary is know for his expertise in facial assessment and has focused on aesthetic medicine specializing in dermal injections including Neuromodulators and Fillers. He seeks the most current trends in injection techniques and has been trained by renowned doctors and industry experts.
Gary was selected by Allergan Medical Institute to be a National Trainer (ACE Trainer) for the injection of Botox®Cosmetic, Kybella® , and Dermal Fillers to include the Juvederm® line of products (Ultra® , Ultra Plus® , Volbellav, Vollure® and Voluma® ). In this role, Gary travels throughout the State of Florida and the U.S.A. to medical offices and training centers to train medical providers (Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and other injection providers) on injection techniques for facial rejuvenation. Gary has also trained many of the local injectors across the Central Florida area. In addition to botox and the Juvederm line of fillers, Gary is just as experienced in all lines of injectable dermal fillers to include: The Restylane® line of products (Lift, L, Defynev, Refyne® , Silk® , Kysse® , and Sculptra® ), The Merz line of products (Belotero® and Radiesse® ) and the Revance Theraputics line of products (RHA 2, RHA 3, and RHA 4). Gary also specializes in all Neurotoxins to Include Boto® x, Dysport® , Jeuveau® and Xeomin® .

Mark Wechsler, PA-C
Mark Wechsler, PA-C, received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida College of Medicine in June 2002. He maintains board certification as a Physician Assistant. Mark specialized in Emergency Medicine and has practiced in hospitals and emergent care facilities since 2002. He currently serves as Assistant EMS Medical Director for Fire Departments in the local area and has done so since 2002. This allows him to continue serving the local area as he is a retired Fire Department Paramedic after serving 21 years before attending medical school.
Mark began working in aesthetics after receiving training from the Esthetic Skin Institute in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2012. He was trained in Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Sclerotherapy. In 2020, Mark continued his education at Empire Medical Training, in the areas of Botox, Dermal Fillers, Laser, Anti-Aging, Platelet Rich Plasma and Hormone Pellets/HRT.

Mark is associated with Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and is an associate of the Florida EMS Medical Director Association. In his spare time, he enjoys in-shore fishing and playing golf.

Dr. Todd Husty
Dr. Todd Husty is a doctor of osteopathic medicine and has worked in most of the Emergency Departments in the Central Florida area.
Since 1992, Dr. Husty has been the President and Medical Director for Medical Audit Resource Services, Inc. (MARSI), a company that provides DRG Coding Review and Compliance, Medical/Financial Consulting, Peer and Utilization Review, Emergency Medicine Consulting, APC/Outpatient Coding Review, Physician Documentation and Physician Office Compliance.
He is currently the Medical Director for the City of Maitland Fire Department, as well as the EMS Medical Director for Seminole County, FL, The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office SWAT and the City of Winter Springs Police Dept SWAT.
Dr. Husty is also a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Husty is an Associate Professor at the UCF College of Medicine as well as a proud member of the UCF Medical School Curriculum Committee.
Dr. Husty attended Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. He is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with special medical interests in Emergency Medicine, EMS (Emergency Medical Service), and fitness.
Dr. Husty enjoys sailing, snow and water skiing, and vacationing in Colorado. His family includes wife, Yvette, and three children, Todd, Ross, and Abigail, and two grandchildren.
